Turbo Kid is a post-apocalyptic, 80s infused, ultra violent, comedy gore fest. THIS IS NOT A FILM SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN! Think Mad Max meets Peter Jackson’s Braindead, in this particular future there is no water and mad bastard overlord Zeus is grinding up people to make his own supply. Turbo Kid and Apple (get it?!) end up on the run from Zeus and survive Zeus warrior henchmen.
Featuring triple stack torsos and an particularly inventive bicycle torture scene this is not for the squeamish. If this is your thing then jump right in. Among the piss and gore is fantastic performance from Laurence Leboeuf as Apple, a manic pixie dream girl on overdrive and its glorious.
